description
This position provides direct patient care as prescribed by the physician and treatment team. They provide medical management and assess patients and document pertinent patient information. Ensures data is accurate and that it is included in the master treatment plan via timely nursing care plan updates. Work with the treatment team to provide a consistently therapeutic milieu.
