Rick holds a B.S., Business Administration, Indiana University; MBA, Marketing Management, Fairleigh Dickinson University; and a Post Masters Degree, HealthCare Administration, George Washington University.
Prior to being named CEO of Rolling Hills, Rick was responsible for the growth and development of psychiatric hospitals across the country, most recently at Intermountain Hospital in Boise, Idaho. Rick’s professional achievements include 16 years in the Nashville area as Chief Executive Officer at Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital, Parthenon Pavillion at Centennial Medical Center and Women’s Hospital at Centennial Medical Center. He held positions as a Board Member of the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems, Parents Reaching Out and the Child Advocacy Board. An Indiana native, who has spent the last 35 years in mental health administration, Rick is a skilled innovator in mental health policy and a respected leader in psychiatric hospital management.
